Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the publication fee (Article Processing Charge) paid to journals on the Bharat International platform.

When You Pay

There is no submission fee. The publication fee is requested only after a paper is accepted following peer review.

Refunds

• Full refund if the paper cannot be published because of a technical or administrative problem on our side.
• Full refund if a payment is made twice by mistake; the duplicate amount is returned.
• No refund once the paper has been published.
• No refund if the paper is withdrawn by the authors after payment, or is retracted because of plagiarism or misconduct.

How to Request a Refund

Email bharatijhk@gmail.com with your paper title, payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation

Authors may withdraw a paper at any time before acceptance at no cost.
